This piece was made from lucite and was designed by Alessandro Albrizzi (1934–1994).

Albrizzi (born as Baron Alessandro R. de C. Albrizzi) was a renowned Mid-Century interior decorator and designer.

Albrizzi designed several lucite ice buckets. This particular design is one of his most cherished and sought after designs, as it mimics an ice block. It has a large cubist exterior with a rounded interior chamber. The bucket can be opened by turning the lid to the side.

This is a larger piece measuring about 6.25 x 6.25 x 9 inches. See less
