his is an authentic set of four mid-century footed glassware stems in the classic "Wexford" pattern by Anchor Hocking, manufactured in the United States during the mid-to-late 20th century. Styled after traditional Early American Pressed Glass and elegant hand-cut crystal, this set features a multi-tiered geometric structure. The upper body showcases a tight, brilliant diamond-point mesh pattern that transitions smoothly into a larger diamond criss-cross motif near the base of the bowl.
The heavy, tactile stems are detailed with structured horizontal rings leading down to an elegant, classic starburst pattern impressed into the underside of the footed base. Designed for durability as well as aesthetic appeal, these high-clarity clear glass goblets capture and refract ambient light beautifully, making them a stunning addition to holiday tablescapes, traditional dining arrangements, or modern bar carts.
Condition Report
• Overall Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
• Surface & Glass Integrity: The pressed glass is exceptionally clear with no cloudiness, hard water staining, or dishwasher hazing.
• Edge Wear: Free of any chips, flea bites, or nicks along the delicate rims or around the ridges of the footed bases.
• Manufacturing Notes: No visible post-production scratches, scuffs, or repairs; typical minimal manufacturing mold lines inherent to the pressed-glass technique of this era are visible but perfectly smooth to the touch.
