Measuring 9'0'' x 11'8'', it is a 9x12 hand knotted Ziegler rug.

The flowing palmettes and vines of Ziegler rugs trace back to the court carpets of Persia, simplified and enlarged for a softer look. Its gold field paired with a gold border gives it a classic and centered character. It is hand knotted in Pakistan with the Turkish double knot, using hand-spun wool with a long staple and high lanolin content. Stone-washing and sun-drying soften the pile and give it a natural sheen and a softly aged, antique look.

Consider it for a primary bedroom under a king or queen bed, a great room, a family room or an open-plan living area. Its centered layout suits formal living rooms, dining rooms and traditional or transitional interiors.
