Fine Louis XVI-armchair "en cabriolet" stamped by Georges Jacob (1739-1814) in the period around 1775-1779: slightly flared to four, and tapered fluted round feet resting profiled and front slightly gebogter frame for upholstered seat. On the decorated with rosettes statements of the feet s-shaped curved Armlehnstützen hand with detents in the form of holding down the scrolls, the armrests partially following the scalloped oval and padded backrest and padded. The frame with the original white-gray version, which has a beautiful patina. The armchair is upholstered in the old French tradition with straps and springs with a medium blue-grundigem linen cloth in a modern way a traditional Louis XVI mimics pattern with ligament and Floralelementen. His title he won in 1765. He worked for the French royal family and the French and international aristocracy such. Marie-Antoinette at Versailles, but especially for Monsieur, the king, who became his most important client's brother. In 1791, the guild system was abolished and Jacob gave his specialization in seating and expanded its portfolio to include the production of other types of furniture and bronze Monti achievements for luxury furniture. After Jacob and his company had survived the revolution with the help of the painter Jacques-Louis David, he retired in 1796, leaving behind his workshop his two sons George II. Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
