Bring authentic rustic French charm to your entryway, hallway, or bedroom with this beautiful antique wall-mounted hat and coat rack. Imported directly from France, this early 20th-century piece showcases the highly collectible "faux bamboo" style popular in French country decor during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
• Expertly crafted from a solid hardwood featuring rich, prominent grain patterns throughout. The warm wood tones are accented by beautifully hand-painted black rings mimicking natural bamboo nodes.
• Features five beautifully proportioned, turned "lollipop" or mushroom-style pegs, perfect for securely hanging heavy winter coats, brimmed hats, or market bags.
• Retains its original iron hanging hoops securely mounted to the back frame, ensuring safe and easy installation.

True to its age and authentic history, there are minor superficial wood splits on two of the turned pegs (clearly shown in detail photos). These natural separations do not compromise the structural integrity or strength of the pegs. Sturdy, functional, and ready to be mounted. less
