Barware with a high aesthetic appeal.
The chrome bars run continuously down the sides to create a minimalist tract for the glass to sit in, culminating in geometric, cylindric capped rosewood dowels for handles. This style is identical to Jacques Adnet’s 1930s modernist design, although there is no maker’s mark. There are several serving carts on line by Jacques Adnet that are built exactly like this tray.
In excellent condition with period wear and patina, consistent with age and use but no serious damage or repairs.
