Arts & Crafts Mission oak secretary desk, circa 1920, with geometric leaded-glass upper doors. The piece has a restrained rectilinear form, visible oak grain, and dark finish consistent with the Mission style. The upper cabinet provides shelving behind two sliding glazed doors; one door is shown open. Below, a slant-front writing surface opens to reveal a fitted interior with small compartments and shelving. A single drawer with metal pulls sits beneath the writing surface, and a lower open shelf completes the stand. The writing panel has a visible keyhole and the cabinet is fitted with additional decorative metal escutcheons.
