Hand-signed and numbered color print by French artist Denis Paul Noyer (b. 1940) titled “Nature Morte avec Lampe” -- Still Life with Lamp. It depicts a coral pitcher on a gilded pedestal stand, a green sugar bowl, an oil lamp with a blue shade, a stemmed glass, a blue cup and saucer, and a white plate on a gold speckled tabletop. Red and green balls sit in the foreground against a pale blue floral-patterned wall. Its attractive shapes and strong outlines give it a Mid-Century / Art Deco feel.
Signed “denis paul noyer” in white pencil at the lower right and numbered 1 / 260 in the lower left. Noyer is the son of artist Philippe Noyer and is known as a painter, lithographer, and sculptor. His prints are widely collected and his restaurant and car series is especially well known.
Presented in a slim polished chrome/aluminum frame under glass, ready to hang. It would suit a dining room, kitchen, bar area, or a gallery wall with vintage French or Mid-Century pieces.
