This limited edition wall piece pays homage to Marcel Duchamp’s readymade ‘bottle rack’ and was released in 1987 by Centro Duchamp. The bottle rack silkscreen is applied to a mirrored acrylic glass surface, mounted on a wooden panel. The piece is signed with: Centro Duchamp Bologna, Scolabottigle Dino Gavina, omaggio a Marcel Duchamp, serie limitata, Simon Gavina. Dimensions: 67.5 x 3,5 x 170 cm. The condition of this work is good. The acrylic glass shows minor surface wear and a small mark near the bottom. The structure is stable and the print remains crisp and fully intact – a powerful conceptual statement within postmodern Italian design.
