The work demonstrates an expressive use of colour, texture and abstract form, with tonal variations creating depth and movement throughout the composition. Its restrained palette gives the painting a strong contemporary presence while remaining highly decorative. Presented within a painted wooden frame, the generous proportions make this an impressive statement piece suitable for a large interior, entrance hall, living space or contemporary collection. The artist is identified from the signature as Torras. Although several documented artists bear the Torras surname, the available information is insufficient to securely attribute this particular work to a specific artist, so it is preferable not to make a more precise attribution without further evidence. Presented in good vintage condition, with signs of age and use consistent with a work dating from the late 20th century.
