The upper section is dominated by a stylized human face framed by a broad, arched headdress embellished with rows of rounded studs and incised geometric details. An impressive arrangement of brown and tan feathers extends from the rear of the headdress, adding texture, volume, and dramatic dimension to the sculpture. The ochre and golden-brown surfaces contrast with darker accents, while the figure's pronounced brow and carefully carved facial features lend it a commanding presence.

Below, a dense arrangement of sculpted forms, including bird-like figures and skull-like elements, creates a complex visual grouping within a substantial woven enclosure. The combination of carved wood, woven natural fibers, feathers, and applied decorative elements gives the piece a distinctive layered construction. See less
