A lovely set of four vintage ceramic leaf-shaped dishes, believed to date to the 1960s–1970s. Each features a sculptural leaf form finished in a vibrant golden-yellow glaze with delicate bright gold gilt edging.
The dishes are beautifully designed in graduated sizes, nesting neatly together to create an attractive layered display. Their glossy yellow glaze and shimmering gold accents emphasize the organic contours of each leaf, making them equally appealing displayed together or arranged individually. I love them especially for fall, nested together, spread individually across a table or shelf, or incorporated into a decorative wall arrangement.
The undersides feature triangular foot rings with small unglazed kiln stilt marks, characteristic of the mid-century ceramic firing process.
