Two upward-curving arms terminate in flared, faceted candle sockets, while a ribbed fan-shaped palmette rises at the center as the principal decorative element.

The arms and central ornament are anchored by a thick geometric pedestal base whose cut surfaces produce strong optical refraction throughout the clear crystal. Hand-incised “Val Saint Lambert” script appears on the underside, identifying the Belgian maker and Imperial collection. Attributed to circa 1950s–1960s, the piece reflects both traditional European crystal craftsmanship and a restrained Art Deco Revival vocabulary.
