Enhance your collection with this charming vintage Chinese bronze elephant figurine. This heavy, solid piece features an elephant in a standing pose, with its trunk elegantly curled upward to hold a small vessel or vase (a traditional symbol for "peace" and "auspiciousness"). The elephant's body is intricately cast with a detailed decorative saddle blanket featuring floral and geometric motifs. Crafted with a dark, aged patina, this substantial figurine is in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. It makes a distinguished decorative accent for a desk, bookshelf, or as part of an Asian antiques collection.
