The jagged, molten edges and hand-worked surface have the raw, sculptural look of 1970s Brutalist metalwork, and the warm brass tones play well against the textured plaster.

Unsigned, and in the manner of Silas Seandel, the American sculptor known for torch-cut Brutalist work. Standing nearly 30 inches tall, it holds its own on a console, credenza, mantel, or sideboard, and it reads as a sculpture from any angle.

Good vintage condition with honest age and wear. Please see the photos for the finish and the base. See less
