Multiple layers of glue, varnish and cold wax keep the collage safe (no need for glass). The frame is a vintage Mid-Century gold leaf over wood frame. The frame is old and has a wonderful patina with distressed areas and cracks in the gold leaf. The overall size of the piece is 11.5"x13.5" with the inner art at 8"x10". Ready to hang, signed on the back. This is the perfect size for a bookshelf. Original collage by Suzanne Nicoll. See less
