This elegant ovoid vessel features a crisp white porcelain ground hand-decorated with trailing green vines, stylized ivy leaves, and vibrant pinkish-purple lotus or chrysanthemum blossoms. The shoulder and lid are accented by a matching geometric ruyi cloud or stylized petal border. The jar is topped with its original dome-shaped lid, complete with a beautifully tapered teal-green bud finial. The bottom bears the classic stamped "中国制造 / MADE IN CHINA" export mark in blue underglaze. Its compact scale and refreshing palette make it a versatile accent piece for a Chinoiserie mantel display, bookshelf vignette, or Grandmillennial bedside tabletop. Circa 1970s-1980s. See less
