Pair of louis xvi style bedside tables in solid mahogany with brass stringing. Circa 1970.
each table features three drawers framed with gilt brass stringing and adorned with blackened metal circular handles. The corners are accentuated by fluted columns characteristic of the neoclassical style; the tapered, fluted legs terminate in brass sabots. The drawers are dovetailed, with secondary wood in the frame. The tops have softened corners. The pair is perfectly symmetrical.
