The bottle features a bulbous, flattened form with a short neck, topped with a domed, brass-toned stopper. The neck is decorated with a black geometric "Greek key" border and a band of ruyi cloud motifs. The main body is vividly painted with a scene depicting a figure, likely the immortal Liu Hai, holding a string of coins, a classic motif symbolizing wealth and good fortune. The figure stands amidst stylized waves and a three-legged toad (Chanchu), another symbol of prosperity.

The reverse side features vertical lines of elegant calligraphy, accompanied by red seal marks. The glaze has a warm, slightly aged tone, and the painted details are accented with gold. This beautiful piece is perfect for a collection of snuff bottles or as a small decorative accent on a desk or shelf.
