Each urn features a broad circular rim above a beautifully fluted bowl, raised on a shaped socle and square foot. The restrained classical design gives the pair a timeless architectural quality suitable for both traditional and contemporary landscaped settings. Standing 67 cm high and 47 cm wide, these are substantial planters with excellent presence when displayed together. They would look particularly impressive positioned either side of an entrance, doorway, terrace, staircase or garden pathway, or mounted upon stone pedestals for additional height and impact. The square bases measure approximately 29 cm, making them particularly convenient for mounting on architectural plinths or gate piers. A handsome pair of British-made garden urns ideal for planting with seasonal flowers, topiary or trailing greenery, while equally attractive displayed empty as classical garden ornaments.
