Beautiful pair of antique or early vintage Victorian-style oval mirrors featuring richly stained, solid wood frames, possibly mahogany, with deeply carved, sculptural profiles and elegant gold gilt inner liners. Believed to date to the late 19th or early 20th century, although the exact age is unconfirmed.

These charming mirrors have gorgeous warm wood tones, traditional craftsmanship, and beautiful aged character. The two are slightly different sizes, suggesting hand-finished construction. A lovely complementary pair that would look beautiful together in an entryway, bedroom, powder room, or incorporated into an antique gallery wall.

Measurements:

Mirror 1: 13.25" × 11.5"
Mirror 2: 13" × 11.25"

Condition: Gently cleaned and polished. Both show authentic age-related wear, including surface marks, scuffs, and visible wood joints. The interior gold gilt liners have cracking and slight movement, more noticeably on one mirror, but remain in place.

Both mirrors are functional and ready to hang and enjoy as-is, or could be restored to their full glory with minor repairs, wood glue, and gold touch-up paint. Condition is reflected in pricing.
