A distinctive pedestal parlor table featuring a beautifully turned central column, sculptural four-footed base, and decorative molded tabletop edge. This character-rich piece pairs traditional furniture detailing with a striking, contemporary finish. This piece is estimated to be from the 1890s to 1900s era.
The tabletop has been refinished with an ivory glaze and sealed with Dixie Belle Satin clear coat. The pedestal and decorative base are finished in matte black, creating a sophisticated contrast that highlights the table's elegant silhouette and architectural details.
With its generous 36-inch round top and substantial pedestal base, this table makes a statement in an entryway, living room, sitting room, or curated interior. Its combination of traditional form and updated finishes makes it a versatile accent for collected, eclectic, and transitional spaces.
This is not a part of a set and is sold as one table.
As shown in the top view image, there is a slight crack in the center; however it does not affect durability and is sturdy.
