Hand-altered by SFA Trading in 2026 from an original vintage Turkish rug woven circa the 1970s-1980s, with new edges securely finished by overlock stitching.

About This Rug:
This one-of-a-kind Christmas stocking is cut from an authentic vintage Turkish rug and carries the soft, faded charm of the original weaving. A peach and apricot field at the top carries olive green leaves and brown scrolls, bordered by a diagonal band of brown, black and cream stripes. Below, the tan lower leg carries curved brown and olive green medallion motifs, and the rounded toe carries a floral medallion with olive green petals, a peach center and black dotted outlines, with a black and olive bow-shaped motif near the heel. The low, hand-trimmed pile shows the hand-knotted construction and gives the piece a soft, lived-in character. Each piece is cut from a different rug, so the stocking you receive has its own character.
