Modeled in the likeness of a Pharaoh or Sphinx, this heavy-duty architectural piece features an iconic striped headdress and highly stylized facial details characteristic of the late 19th to early 20th-century design movements.
The standout feature of this item is its incredible natural verdigris patina. The deep green oxidation layered over the dark metallic undertones highlights every contour of the casting, giving it an authentic, untouched weathered look that collectors and interior designers highly prize.
The mounting plate consists of the head assembly, while the large, integrated swinging loop drops securely against your door to provide a sharp, resonant knock. Perfect for historical homes, gothic or eclectic decor styles, or as a standout addition to an antique hardware collection.
