This piece, custom-made sometime in the mid-1960s, visually separates the storage unit from its supporting sled-based legs, making the massive wood structure feel weightless.

The design combines a symmetrical configuration of a cream-colored left cabinet door, a stack of four multi-toned blue and gradient drawers in the center, and a vibrant cobalt blue cabinet door on the right. The entire unit sits on industrial-inspired black metal "sled" loop legs with a rich brown-toned top surface again in homage to the body of work of the influential George Nelson. The hinged doors open to expose a finished walnut interior and the three drawers (one large drawer appears to be two separate drawers) offer convenient, multi-purpose storage making this versatile piece able to function as both a bedroom dresser or as a living room credenza.

Ideal for designers searching for a sideboard unlike any other this truly one-of-a-kind case piece is sure to make a BOLD impression in any space it inhabits. Buy it as is or have us re-paint it in a color scheme of your choosing. Either way make it yours today before it's gone forever.
