beautifully proportioned at an impressive 234 cm wide, the sofa is upholstered in supple medium brown leather that has developed a wonderfully warm and authentic vintage character. Its long, low-profile silhouette is distinctly scandinavian, combining understated elegance with generous proportions and exceptional comfort. The design features four individual loose seat cushions with corresponding loose back cushions, creating a relaxed and inviting appearance. The cushions are filled with a combination of feather and foam, providing a particularly comfortable and supportive seating experience. Elegant swept arms rise subtly at either end, giving the sofa a distinctive sculptural profile, while the long upholstered base is elevated upon beautifully tapered solid rosewood legs. The contrast between the richly coloured leather and dark timber further enhances its classic danish modern aesthetic. The leather remains soft and supple and is presented in excellent vintage condition for its age, displaying an attractive natural patina consistent with a quality piece dating from the 1960s.
