Add a touch of Organic Modern elegance or vibrant Chinoiserie style to your home with this vintage Majolica-style ceramic bamboo stalk vase. This sculptural earthenware piece features a column base meticulously molded to mimic the natural ridges, nodes, and segments of a real bamboo stalk. The front is adorned with an organic 3D applied relief bamboo branch featuring overlapping, slender pointed shoots.
A rich, high-gloss leaf-green glaze blankets the entire exterior, pooling darker in the deep crevices and nodes to create genuine textural dimension and realistic shadow play. The top rim boasts a wavy, organic scalloped profile, while the inner cavity features an unglazed pale terracotta body common to artisan art pottery. The recessed base features a lovely teal blue-green glaze offset by a clean, unglazed sandy tan foot ring. It is completely free of chips, cracks, or visible surface damage, presenting in excellent condition for collectors and decor enthusiasts alike. Perfect for a Chinoiserie, Mid-Century Modern, or Organic Modern decor.
