A sculptural 1980s plaster floor lamp with a dramatic twisted spiral column, in the spirit of Michael Taylor's iconic California Look. The spiral rises from a rounded domed base to a capped collar. The plaster has a speckled, sandy faux-stone finish that reads like carved limestone.
It's neutral but makes a statement. It suits organic modern, coastal, Mediterranean, and postmodern spaces. Lovely beside a bouclé chair, a linen sofa, or travertine accents.
Includes the original cone shade. Tested and in working order.
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with use. The shade shows light discoloration from age. Please see all photos, as they are part of the description.
