The chair is upholstered in beautifully soft dark brown leather that has developed an attractive natural patina with age. Its clean, architectural silhouette features straight upholstered arms, a generously proportioned loose seat cushion and a plush removable back cushion, creating a particularly comfortable and supportive seating position. The cushions are filled with a combination of feather and foam, providing softness while retaining good support and shape. The chair is raised upon elegant solid wood legs with a warm teak-toned finish, giving the design a refined Scandinavian character while providing a strong and sturdy foundation. Included is the original matching footstool, upholstered in the same dark brown leather and raised on coordinating wooden legs. The generously padded top makes it an ideal companion to the lounge chair and completes the relaxed seating arrangement.
