The sculpture displays particularly attractive anatomical modelling, from the powerful arched neck and muscular body to the carefully articulated legs and flowing mane and tail. The elegant pose recalls the tradition of classical European equestrian sculpture, capturing the strength and refinement of the horse while creating a strong sense of movement. Cast entirely in bronze and weighing approximately 7 kg, the sculpture has a substantial quality and is finished with a rich brown patina that accentuates the contours and modelling of the figure. The horse stands upon an integral naturalistic bronze base, providing stability while complementing the sculptural composition.

At 39 cm long and 37 cm high, this is a generously proportioned decorative bronze, ideal for display on a console, pedestal, sideboard or within a study or library. A timeless statement piece for an equestrian-inspired or traditionally appointed interior.
