The finely textured surface creates a graphic grid and lends the table a particularly high-quality, handcrafted look. Combined with the strictly geometric metal frame, it evokes a typical Swiss mid-century aesthetic.

The tabletop consists of wooden blocks mounted on a backing board, their exposed end grain forming a vibrant, almost architectural pattern. The dark, rectangular steel frame is screwed directly to the tabletop and is complemented by chrome-plated T-legs with black glides.

Condition:

The table is in good, authentic vintage condition. Signs of age-related wear are visible, including abrasion on the tabletop edges, minor scratches and slight paint loss on the metal frame, as well as a subtle patina on the chrome-plated legs.
