Dimensions: height 26 cm, diameter 71 cm.

A chabudai was traditionally used for shared meals or tea. Its four wooden legs fold beneath the round top for easy storage. The visible grain and soft sheen give the wood its beautifully lived-in character.

Today, it makes an inviting low table for tea or coffee, or a place to display a vase, a plant or a few books. Its warm wood brings Japanese character to a contemporary interior.

In lovely vintage condition, with wear and patina consistent with its age. See less
