The round top expands from 55 to 71 inches across using a classic mechanism, so the surface grows in concentric leaves rather than splitting in half. A warm brown oak finish gives the piece a grounded, honeyed tone, with the open grain and natural texture coming through clearly.

It is built from solid oak and oak veneers, with the wood carried through the top, the deep apron, and the faceted pedestal. That pedestal is the signature move: a narrow neck flaring into a paneled, multi-sided plinth that visually grounds the round top and reads almost like sculpture from below. The warm wash gives every grain line real legibility while keeping the overall color quiet and easy to live with.

This dining table is at home in a transitional or collected room that wants a confident, considered center. Pair it with simple upholstered side chairs in linen or leather, a low ceramic centerpiece, and warm metal pendants or sconces overhead. The mechanism makes it equally suited to everyday meals at the closed diameter and to hosting eight when fully open. See less
