Every piece is set into the surface and polished back flat, so the whole top reads as one continuous skin.

The stripe runs the length of the table and then spills over both ends, falling unbroken all the way to the floor. Fifty-one inches long. It takes a full sofa without crowding the room, and at eighteen inches high the top sits exactly where a drink wants to be.

Against the black ground the bone reads almost luminous, and the table carries more than enough presence to anchor a seating group on its own. Everything else can stay quiet. Solid rugs, plain upholstery and a single good lamp are all it asks for. See less
