This is a magnificent, large-scale cloisonné enamel vase, officially titled "Song of Prosperity" (盛世欢歌). Created by Chinese Master of Arts and Crafts Zhong Liansheng and Master Li Jing, this piece is a renowned national gift that was presented to the United Nations Office at Geneva in 2017 .
The vase features a complex six-tiered design. The neck is adorned with auspicious Baoxiang flower motifs and "Shou" (longevity) characters, alongside double dragon and phoenix patterns symbolizing a prosperous era . The main body is beautifully decorated with a pair of vibrant peacocks—symbolizing a bright future—set amongst blooming magnolias (symbolizing friendship) and peonies (symbolizing prosperity) . The piece is finished with gilded rims at the mouth and base, and rests on a custom-fitted, dark wood display stand. This vase represents the pinnacle of contemporary Chinese cloisonné craftsmanship.
