This is a charming, complete set of ten small, round lidded boxes, crafted in the traditional cloisonné enamel technique and presented in their original partitioned presentation box. Each box features a vibrant, elegantly stylized phoenix (or bird of paradise) motif surrounded by golden scrolling clouds, rendered against a variety of richly colored enamel backgrounds—including deep blue, bright green, light blue, white, and oxblood/dark red.
The sides of the boxes are decorated with a simple gold-toned leaf pattern, and the interiors are finished in a bright, speckled light blue enamel. Each box comes with its own individual small cardboard box within the larger presentation set. These petite boxes are perfect for storing pills, small jewelry, or tiny keepsakes, and they make a beautiful, colorful display piece when arranged together.
