Stylish contemporary blue topaz, amethyst & pink sapphire cocktail ring crafted in 14k white gold.
Checkerboard faceted blue topaz measures 15mm diameter. Amethysts range in size from 4mm to 5mm x 3mm. Small pink sapphires measure approx. 1.5mm. Small diamonds measure approx. 1.5mm.
An exuberant gemstone cocktail ring built around an exceptionally large checkerboard faceted sky-blue topaz, surrounded by a garden of amethysts and pink sapphires arranged in sculptural floral motifs.
The oversized topaz dominates the mount, its broad facets creating an almost pool-like expanse of shimmering blue. Beneath and around it, marquise- and pear-shaped purple amethysts form dimensional flowers, accented by smaller vivid pink sapphires and a sprinkle of diamonds.
Openwork scrolls continue around the setting and shoulders, allowing the floral design to wrap around the finger. The result is wonderfully theatrical: part cocktail ring, part miniature jeweled garden. The high rise ring (16mm - 0.62 inches) makes a great statement on the hand. The ring is in very good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
