Highly expressive and full of character, the lions feature intricate curly manes, bulging eyes, and fierce expressions designed to ward off evil spirits. They are perched dynamically atop large, textured spheres (embroidered balls) adorned with raised Chinese coins, red peony motifs, and traditional cloud patterns—symbolizing the continuous rolling in of wealth and good luck.

Material & Texture:
These sculptures feature a stunning, high-gloss glazed finish. The rich color palette of emerald green, vibrant red, warm white, and earthy ochre is beautifully preserved. The glossy glaze highlights the intricate textures of their fur, claws, and ornate saddles, creating a wonderful tactile contrast.
