A heart-shaped gold frame sweeps gracefully around a central figure of a maiden, sculpted in matte yellow gold, draped in flowing peach-enameled robes. She cradles a lustrous white pearl in her hands, while a second teardrop pearl dangles below from a diamond-set link.

Flanking this beautiful lady are two stylized clover-like blossoms rendered in translucent plique-à-jour enamel, their petals shading from burgundy to soft cream. Delicate green enamel leaves and crossed gold stems add organic movement. Pavé-set diamonds sparkle along the upper arcs of the heart, offering a cool contrast to the warm gold.
