An elegant and understated floor lamp from the 1960s, believed to be of Dutch origin. Defined by its slender proportions, clean architectural lines and refined combination of dark metal and chrome, this piece beautifully reflects the functional simplicity of mid-century modern design.
The minimalist structure rests on a distinctive cross-shaped metal base, providing a subtle geometric detail. Chrome accents introduce a refined contrast to the dark frame, while the adjustable height allows for flexibility in different interior settings.
The lamp has been fitted with a new cylindrical fabric shade in a warm, natural tone, complementing the industrial character of the base while creating a soft and inviting diffusion of light.
A timeless and versatile piece with a quiet sculptural presence. Its restrained design makes it particularly suitable for contemporary and minimalist interiors, where it adds warmth and character without dominating the space. In general good vintage condition with minor traces of use.
