A wonderful original antique Georgian period inlaid occasional table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1790-1810 period.
The quality is superb, this is very well made and is a useful size. The wood has a gorgeous colour tone and beautiful patina acquired over the years. The oval top sis on a tripod base, it has a cross banded outer edge and a beautiful inlaid shell design in the centre.
Recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some minor wear and small marks remaining here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
