The original labels remain underneath and identify the customer as LIN001, the model as the Dice Carver Chair, the frame specification as walnut and the upholstery as 100% leather. Designed by David Linley, the Dice is a wonderfully architectural interpretation of the classic tub chair, combining strong geometric lines with beautifully figured walnut and luxurious black leather. The chairs feature substantial walnut bases with clean square legs supporting deep, fully upholstered bodies, with distinctive horizontally channelled leather seats and backs providing both comfort and visual interest.

Their surviving manufacturer's labels are particularly desirable, documenting the 30 November 2004 order date and original specification, leaving no question as to the model and manufacture of this matching pair. Both chairs are presented in very good vintage condition with only light signs of age and use.
