Exquisite and rare set of six chairs and two armchairs from the 19th century in English mahogany.
A beautiful and superbly crafted set resting on tapered legs ending in wooden sabots. The tapered legs would perfectly complement a Louis XVI style table.
Superb carved and openwork backrests.
The chairs are upholstered in a beautiful fabric in very good condition. The upholstery is recent and does not need to be reupholstered.
The chairs are exceptionally comfortable. The seats are very pleasant.
The chairs have a superb patina.
Seat height of 49cm, which is perfect.
