This expressive, slab-built studio ceramic wall teapot is created by listed California ceramicist Gerry Wallace. Handcrafted from porcelain clay slabs, the piece features a flat-profile design intended for wall display, decorated with painterly underglaze scenes depicting a chair and foliage. It is completed with a sculptural arch handle, a kinetic interior "percolator" element, and a bold spout. Hand-signed "Gerry Wallace" on the underside.
Dimensions: 10" H x 5" W
Condition: Good vintage condition overall. Features a small chip at the tip of the spout as shown in detail photos. The inner moveable percolator functions as intended.
