Showcasing Mastercraft’s hallmark craftsmanship, the piece is designed for versatile use: push the two units flush together to create a unified four-door credenza/sideboard, or separate them into an identical pair of freestanding commodes, bachelor chests, or oversized luxury bedside nightstands. Each cabinet is anchored by a recessed plinth base and features two doors paneled with inset brass perimeter stringing and fitted with solid cast brass recessed crescent (half-moon) drop bail pulls.

Behind the doors, each cabinet reveals a concealed upper pull-out drawer above an expansive lower storage compartment with a full-width shelf. The left unit includes a felt-lined silverware organizer drawer with a tarnish-resistant keeper flap, while the right unit features an open finished wooden drawer for linens and dining accessories.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. High-gloss lacquer displays deep clarity and luminous figure across the doors, sides, and interior drawers. As documented in the photos, one unit shows subtle, natural tonal lightening/discoloration on part of its top surface from ambient light/sun exposure. However, the lacquer remains smooth, glossy, and protective. Structurally sound throughout, with true hinges and smooth-gliding internal drawers. See less
