A newly refinished pair of 1950s mid century modern exoskeletal walnut nightstands with brass hardware by Mount Airy.
The case is suspended within a framework of tapered legs, with a cubby for open storage and a drawer suspended below. The beveled edge around the top provides a visual accent that matches the geometry of the legs.
The pair has been expertly refinished and shows like-new, with only the slightest traces of prior use detectable on close inspection. The brass is in original condition with 70+ years of patina.
