This exquisite example of early 20th-century design captures the vibrant spirit of the Art Deco era. Its saturated color palette and naturalistic motifs distinguish it among antique rugs of the period, offering a sophisticated blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern sensibility.

The central field is dominated by a luminous, hand-knotted pile in a rich, vibrant tone, emphasizing the bold use of yellow color that defined luxury interiors of the 1920s. Scattered across this expansive canvas are delicate, naturalistic bouquets of flowers and butterflies, rendered in contrasting hues of teal, rose, and mauve, creating a sense of movement and depth.

The artistry extends to the complex, multi-layered border system. It incorporates stylized vines, geometric lattice patterns, and cartouches in deep forest green, burgundy, and purple. This intricate frame successfully contains the exuberance of the central design while showcasing the technical skill required for such detailed hand-knotting.

Measuring generously, this piece functions perfectly as a true room size anchor for a significant living space or dining area. Its exceptional preservation and striking visual presence ensure that this Art Deco masterpiece remains a compelling statement piece, bridging the gap between historical elegance and contemporary design needs.
