Standing at an impressive 36.5 cm (14.3 inches) tall, these tiered, architectural vessels are masterfully crafted and richly decorated.

Each piece is cast from solid bronze and heavily gilded, featuring a classic pagoda silhouette with a stepped finial and upturned eaves. The bodies are decorated with intricate cloisonné (wire-inlaid enamel) work, featuring stylized lotus petals, scrolling vines, and bat motifs in vivid reds, blues, and greens. The censers are supported by three gilded beast-mask feet (or elephant trunks), which rest upon a beautifully detailed, multi-tiered circular lotus stand. The pierced windows on the upper tiers allow for the release of fragrant incense smoke.

Weighing a substantial 3876 grams (over 8.5 lbs) combined, these heavy pieces carry a beautiful, natural antique patina. They are perfect for burning incense or simply as stunning, museum-quality decorative statements on a mantle, side table, or shrine.
