The top is made from three tongue and groove planks, whose woodgrains combine with years of use to create a beautifully varied, patinated surface. More of the aged, worn orange paint is visible on the body of the buffet. On the front is a row of three shallow drawers, which open smoothly with metal knobs. Below them are three cabinets. The left and right cabinet doors are paneled and open with metal knobs that turn interior latches. The slender middle cabinet door has a smooth front and is secured by a sliding bolt latch. Inside each cabinet is a single fixed shelf measuring 16 ⅝" D, 16" D, and 14 ⅝" D from left to right. The buffet sits securely on four square block feet. Gently cleaned and polished with a French paste wax, ready for use in your interiors. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering the age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
