This striking vintage Japanese "You & Me" porcelain plate captures a traditional aquatic scene featuring vibrant orange and blue-grey koi carp swimming through detailed peonies, lotus blossoms, and rich green pine boughs. This piece perfectly balances classic Asian artistry with mid-century export charm.
The wooden black display stand is included, making it ready for immediate display.
The original maker's label indicates it is microwave oven proof. While completely functional as a large chop platter or holiday serving dish, it serves beautifully as a high-impact statement piece. It is ideal for Chinoiserie chic, Hollywood Regency, or eclectic interior designs, and perfect for styling on a tabletop, mantel, or inside a china cabinet.
